Shipping and Return Policy
Weeteez is typically not responsible for returns. Printful, the company we use to print and design our custom product, will print and ship a free replacement at no cost to you if and only if there is:
- Factory defect in the product and you submit clear, detailed photos of the
- damage
- misprint
- and entire product.
- This must happen within 30 days of receiving the product
Weeteez nor Printful cover customer returns due to errors such as
- Ordering the wrong size
- Customer doesn't want the product any more
- Ordered the wrong color
- Ordered the wrong product
If the package is undeliverable, it will be automatically sent back to the Printful facility. Weeteez will reach out to the customer to confirm the shipping address, Weeteez will then pay the reshipping cost to ensure the customer receives the product.
NOTE: if product is not claimed and shipping address is not updated within 30 days of being shipped back to the Printful facility, the product will likely be donated.
